Our Group Houses are dorm style facilities, with sleeping areas (bunk beds) and a restroom on either side of a meeting area. On each of the photos below, click on the photo to see a slide show of the meeting areas and the lodging.
For guest groups who reserve only one group house, the common area is their assigned conference room.
Coleman Group House
Coleman Group House has 2 sleeping rooms that can accommodate 20 guests in each. Each bedroom has 20 twin size bunk beds with an inner spring mattress. A central meeting area with a fireplace makes this a great option for housing and meeting all in one location. Linens are provided. Your group must have a minimum of 25 paying guests to reserve.
Johnson-Saunders Group House
Johnson Saunders has two sleeping areas with twin size bunk beds with inner spring mattresses and can sleep a total of 32. A central meeting space and a full kitchen make this group house an excellent option for any type of group. Your group must have a minimum of 20 paying guests to reserve.
K. Owen White Group House
K.O. White Group House has 2 sleeping areas that sleep 16 each in twin size bunk beds. Inner spring mattresses and a fireplace in the central meeting area make this a great small group option. Linens are provided. Your group must have a minimum of 20 paying guests to reserve.
Morris Group House
Morris Group House is a 4 bedroom facility located in the Meyer building. Two of the bedrooms sleep 22 and two sleep 26, 96 guests maximum. Bathrooms are adjacent to each bedroom area. Linens are provided. Your group must have a minimum of 60 paying guests to reserve.
